>>107559274>14. Disabled fingerprint, only type password in under a blanket just for admin profile. This is pointless schizo shit since sound can still give away what you're typing.Legitimately if you want to do it and care, you need to fill the room with noise to such a degree that your keystrokes aren't registering at all, it can't be brown/white/pink noise etc, it'd have to be unpredictable and oppressive enough that your keystrokes can't still be filtered out.You should also look at covering your windows properly, never say or do anything inside a room with uncovered windows.

>>107566532It's not China that ruined the internet, most of them are behind their firewall, in their own separate internet. The poos have flooded the internets though and infected the tech world too. The US enabled this through corporate greed. Tech transfers and investment in call centers gave them capital and they gradually infiltrated the whole world with faeces.

I think this is one of the few "negative" effects of the open society vs closed society. If Anglosphere (really American) were more restrictive in who accessed English speaking sites, you may not get a flood of non-Westerners on the same sites. This would require a huge restructuring on Western society though, particularly if being an open society is better than a closed society. Of course, I don't think the current landscape of globalized business would allow that. Encouraging more users to work on English-based sites drives more business, so allowing all types of entities on Western sites. Would American tech titans of give up world dominance because of nefarious groups? Doubt it. Google, Microsoft, Apple want to be household names from Mississippi to Bhutan to D.R.C. its not realized yet sure, but they don't want to miss the train. Gotta make sure America assets reach the world over. The internet is just another mechanism in spreading Anglophone society. I think Japanese Internet is a great example. It's not necessarily closed, but I'm don't think many people are learning Japanese to talk to Japanese people. It also seems Japan's netizen likes their "intranet", the outside world isn't that interesting. Basically....shouldn't have built and maintained global dominance?
>>107566090What do you think the prefix "inter" in internet means?

I really want to know what the heck they even do anymore because it's certainly not programming that's for damn sure.the older versions of windows would bsod way more don't get me wrong but it feels like we've traded stability for a different type of instability.

I just don't understand why anyone would willingly use Windows 11.When it launched, it was an unfinished piece of shit, worse than 8 & 10 at RTM. People meme on Vista but it was nowhere near this bad. There's whole components of the registry and group policy that are broken, still in windows server.Add in the broken updates, the hassle of enabling, disabling it and it's too much for too little. You're trading a whole bunch of good, or stability for russian roulette enshitting updates via AI or jeet. Gaming isn't an excuse anymore, stick with W10 if you need to, spoof, it doesn't matter. If any game or software requires you to use W11: it's not worth it.Why on earth would you go through the humiliation ritual of having that bloatware on your system? If you want to use WSL too, just use linux, you don't need windows there. I know people who bought nvidia got scammed but come on, wake up and walk away. The updates aren't going to get better.
