How? When both brands have the same output of good or bad reviews and different pros/cons.

It's not like the NZXT AIO's that actually push out faulty hardware consistently.

>The only bad experience I've had with a PSU dying was with my old family computer from 2007. It died like 3 or 4 years ago. I didn't have another PSU to check if it had taken anything else with it. How risky is it exactly, housefire meme aside?
>I bought off Facebook marketplace for like 6 months
I plan on using this setup for the foreseeable future. It's not much, but it works. My only concern is the fact that the seller didn't exactly look like he keeps his things well maintained, so to speak. I'm, like, 99% sure the PSU he sold me had a cockroach in it. It also looks like he wiped has ass with it.

What's the go-to poorfag PSU?

A woman I work with whom I really like won't date me because I use Firefox.

Apparently, her ex boyfriend was on the down-low and banging dudes behind her back. She had no idea that her boyfriend was bi or gay.

The way she found out is when she opened his laptop and Firefox was already opened up to a gay hookup site (probably Grinder?). She now thinks Firefox is some type of browser for men that like men.

I met this woman though work, and one of the first things she asked me when I was able to convince her to go to lunch with me (once) is what browser am I using. She got really quiet when I said Firefox.

She messaged me later to explain all the aforementioned stuff about her ex, and that Firefox is a huge issue for her.

I don't really know how to get her to believe that I'm 100% straight even though I use Firefox. I thought about bringing my personal laptop to work with hetero porn open in Firefox, but the risk of getting caught and losing my job is too great.

Thoughts?

>Is it a meme that the actuation can be as low as 0.1mm?
uh yeah, it is. you're probably going to get a lot of accidental presses if you do that and your switch variety is limited to basically just linears with the exception of 1 tactile that I think has pretravel, so you would not be able to really rest your fingers at all. there is a reason why even typical speed silvers have over 1mm of travel before actuation

but again, if you want those gimmicks that's fine, you do you. I just would not recommend spending $200+ on a keychron though, whatever you do. $50-60 for a keychron is a good deal, $220 is not. if you want a custom board, get the venom HE + frog. if you want something prebuilt, get a wooting I guess

Why does the PS5 get so much hate again?

It's a cheap choice for playing modern games that have sloppy PC ports. Unlike PC, PS5 uses fixed/standard hardware that the game can be specifically optimized for.

Biden was not buddying up with BigTech and signing them half trillion deals for Stargate datacenters, despite the fact that Sam was talking about Stargate since like end of 2023. During Biden administration US and China were not in war yet, Palentir had fraction of its value and people saw BigTech as something happening in the background of politics or even in the background of Biden’s focus. Trump on the other hand made unofficial government department staffed with BigTech fuckers, J.D. Vance was groomed by Thiel, there was a big dinner with Trump and all AI CEOs, and Biden never proposed a bill that would ban all AI regulation for the next decade in US. Also, AI used to be lot more tolerable to not use before 2025 when AI videos weren’t a thing and AI images of real people had that glossy slop look that made it obvious what is and isn’t AI. Just look at some random stuff like game awards, last year there were AAA games that had AI assets in them and nobody gave a shit, now half of the internet is seething because CoD used ChatGPT Ghibli image generator to make some achievement backgrounds, and Expedition 33 got disqualified because they used AI assets as placeholders back in 2022 and forgot to remove 1 fucking texture from some pillar.

That's because you don't know how to write a program. Unfortunately you still have to deal with the brain-damaged C language and null-terminated strings, but "xargs -0 to mv or rm" is not how you're supposed to do it.

True, Luke Smith turned minimalism into a meme for larpers who do nothing but tinker when the goal should be the opposite. A true minimalist gets an AE86 Trueno off craigslist, a larper straps a rocket on a unicycle.

For example, I just switched to wezterm. All of my widgets, like in pic below, rely on keybindings and window rules to function. All of them had to be changed. I can't imagine trying to get a window to the exactly correct place on the screen after resizing it, when you have to recompile each time things don't line up. Further, if I come up with a handy script, I can incorporate it into my config in minutes.

Nope, I have maybe 7 Pi 0Ws in a drawer and maybe 2 of the Pi 3s. At one point I really did use almost all of them: I treated them as low power single purpose machines: NAS, DNS, Jellyfin, reverse proxy, and multiple websites. It made sense when it was just 2 or 3 things because the Pi 0W uses like 2 W of power. But now I use proxmox for all that.
