What would happen if both were opened accidentally at once?

Would it fuck up the browser profile and lead to actual instability or stuff being corrupted, or would whichever browser was closed last just be the instance that gets synced?
>>
>>107642974
>>107642974
thanks anon but im only doing this because i cant get into my own fucking router page, at&t now has an app and you log into your at&t account on the app (only from a phone) and THEN you can configure your local network.
im a noob at networks so no i didnt even know about icmp. but i dont need to hide from anyone
>>
>>107648217
Depends, with syncthing for example it would detect conflicts between files, save both versions and ask you to resolve them manually. It may concievably cause instability because normally this check is done per-file, rather than per-folder, so you will need to be careful not to take some files from one browser and some from another when resolving.
No idea how something like dropbox would handle this.

>9060 XT with a 7600X

I'm a huge newfag to PC gaming but why is this happening? in other games like Darktide the power draw never goes above 70-80W even when performance is worse than my framerate cap.
Is this a CPU bottleneck?
>>
>>107648362
>"GPU usage percentage doesn’t directly equal power draw, so a 9060 XT can be at 50–60% load and still consume around 130W depending on clock speeds, voltage, and workload type."

For many reasons yes. It comes with a very easy to use (and effective) firewall, has all unnessecary daemons disabled by default, has pledge and unveil for sandboxing applications, and is constantly being audited for security issues. It also comes with a lot of documentation and homegrown software that is easy to configure. Releases are stable but whenever a new security problem is found all you have to do is run syspatch and then it's taken care of, you don't have to upgrade anything.
However if you're running a server that will recieve a lot of traffic FreeBSD may be a better choice, it has jails, ZFS, the fastest network stack of any OS, and a bigger ports tree. A deficiency of OpenBSD is its lack of support for journaling filesystems. You could use FreeBSD as a load balancer and OpenBSD as a backend if you find that you like OpenBSD, maybe by running it in bhyve.

i don't feel like writing it out, but here's your answer from chatgpt:

Why Merkel-era Germany was seen as the EU's de facto leader

1. Economic gravity

Germany was the EU's largest economy throughout Merkel's tenure. During the eurozone crisis, German financial capacity effectively determined what was possible.
When bailouts, austerity conditions, or rescue mechanisms were discussed, Berlin's approval was decisive. Smaller states could object, but without Germany, nothing moved forward.

2. Crisis management put Berlin at the center

Merkel governed during overlapping crises that demanded coordination:
Eurozone sovereign debt crisis
Migration and refugee crisis

How would i know if CS is a good fit for me? Im pushing 30. My whole life plan back in 2014 was to enlist right after HS, go to some Frontline unit and die.

That didnt happen. The only metric I have for how smart I am is i got a 95% on the ASVAB in HS and now at 29 I took it again and got a 97% after only 2 months worth of studying and I'm not in school.
My weakest subject has always been math but I remember being a B+ to A ish student.

I have a better idea of who I am as a person and feel getting a nice office job would be a good move. I've worked trades
>>

>>
>>107648666
Well right now but it can be different in The future right? I also thought about mechanical engineering so why not get a bachelor's in both? I worked aviation and lay offs and rehire is a cycle in that industry.

All I want to know is if cs bachelors would be right for me

>Our North Star is ‘1 engineer, 1 month, 1 million lines of code.’ To accomplish this previously unimaginable task, we’ve built a powerful code processing infrastructure. Our algorithmic infrastructure creates a scalable graph over source code at scale. Our AI processing infrastructure then enables us to apply AI agents, guided by algorithms, to make code modifications at scale. The core of this infrastructure is already operating at scale on problems such as code understanding.”

The team collected videos where creators show an on-screen gamepad overlay to train the AI.

NitroGen learned to map gameplay pixels to gamepad actions. It currently only works with controller based games.

Just looked and it's actually pretty small. Would be neat to pipe in with another AI and have it 'play' with you.
But as usual I see not monetizeable route for this, unless it's good at being finetuned to other games and thus used as AI.

just sell me the software for $200 so I can self host it, how hard is that?

their goal might be to shill this AI autonomous agent meme so the devs implement it in their games which will result in ultimate handholding for the player

I can see them monetizing this shit too but unless it gives you some absurd advantage like it does cheating and lets you get away with it nobody will use it

/hsg/ is about learning and expanding your horizons. Know all about NAS? Learn virtualization. Spun up some VMs? Learn about networking by standing up a OPNsense/PFsense box and configuring some VLANs. There's always more to learn and chances to grow. Think you’re god-tier already? Setup OpenStack and report back.

>What software should I run?
Install Gentoo. Or whatever flavor of *nix is best for the job or most comfy for you. Jellyfin/Emby/Plex to replace Netflix, Nextcloud to replace Googlel, Ampache/Navidrome to replace Spotify, the list goes on. Look at the awesome self-hosted list and ask.

>Why should I have a home server?
De-botnet your life. Learn something new. Serving applications to yourself, your family, and your frens feels good. Put your tech skills to good use for yourself and those close to you. Store their data with proper availability redundancy and backups and serve it back to them with a /comfy/ easy to use interface.

I use QubesOS with detached boot partition on 2 duplicated USB drives with any data that rests on the SSD/HDDs being encrypted with LUKS2. Whonix gateway is proxied through a VPN qube to hide Tor IPs (can't hide communication patterns) without bridges since bridge IPs can be farmed. Sometimes Tor through I2P outproxy or vice-versa or with different anonymizing network overlays. Clients used for browsing are only opened in on-RAM ephemeral qubes with no access to permanent storage. Attack surface is quite minimum since no extra things added like USB mouse and no PV qubes (aside from sys-usb and sys-net) are used for launching HVM qubes with qemu stub domains unless very necessary and every other qube on the system gets shut down first to keep information leakage minimum. A veracrypt volume with hidden storage on a permanent qube for data storage and plausible deniability.

what's your setup like?

Reminds me of the time where they finally released obama's birth certificate. It was a pdf with multiple layers, indicating that it was a forgery. Because why would there be layers in a scan of the actual certificate.

What was even funnier, was that some group started digging through the hawain archives, and they found a document that had a number of stamps aligned/positioned exactly the same as on the possibly forged obama document.

The unfunny icing on the cake was that somebody from the archives later died in a plane crash hopping between islands.
