Trump wants to hear big numbers spent to give the US big tax revenue. Zuck also wants Trump to defend his big tech company from EU fines and regulations.

All he has to do is throw up a big number and for the years to last until Trump leaves office so he doesn't have to deliver on the promise.

Could you elaborate on the usecase for that pattern? How did it evolve from there? I'm assuming you either pivoted to a DB-based architecture or splitting up the alist over multiple files?

It seems like re-builder can't handle grouping which diminishes its usefulness. I think you're better off iterating in `M-x ielm`. I hope I'm not being too hasty, but re-builder seems legitimately buggy or incomplete.

after testing the lambda body needed to be unquoted to access the implicit a argument (or line in anon's case)
(defmacro m (b)
`(lambda (a) ,b))

(fset #'f (m a))
(f 2) = 2

while not byte-compiled m at least produces a closure object instead of a lambda

I know NOTHING about speakers, but I do need a set for my desk area.
I tried doing a cursory bit of research, but the speakers community seems rather convoluted and autistic and susceptible to snake oil.
What speakers do you have? Do you recommend them? What features should I care about if I 'just' want to listen to 'music'? Do I need stands? Right now I'm looking at the Ai41, as my budget is like $300.

Mate I didn't even know about most of that until just now. You can just plug them in and play music, the default flat setting of the eq is perfectly fine. Occasionally I use the built in EQ to boost or reduce bass, depending on if I want a bit more oomph or have to consider my neighbors.

Edifier R1700BT
>Do you recommend them
Yes, cheap, good looking and decent quality.
>What features should I care about
Only you know. For me it's decent sound quality, stylish, not to big, self-powered, Bluetooth and not expensive.
>Do I need stands
No.
>Budget is $300
Lots of choices. I suggest you make up your mind first.
If you just want to listen to music at the desk i.e., close field, consider Edifier M60.
They have decent sound, are incredibly small compared to the competition, looks are okay, Bluetooth and cost about $150.

i'd start with the fact that the error message says it has absolutely no idea what type was on the right hand of the equals sign at the beginning which means you did something very wrong with whatever variable/value's there and it's not a valid type and not the deduction errors that result
also you can't trust those little IDE error things, they frequently capture only part of an error message and usually not the important part
go right to the actual compiler invocation's output, it'll usually provide more coherent error messages

Okay, so converting geo coordinates to 0.0-1.0 format is actually very easy. It came to me this morning while shitting.

Latitude is just (Lat + 90)/180. And longitude is just (Long + 180)/360. Now I just need to find the right longitude offset, since I'm pretty sure the longitudes won't be synced up unless I am lucky.

I can't decide what phone to get. I would prefer something around 6 - 6.4 in, so what would make sense? Pixel 10 Pro, S25, Xiaomi 15, iPhone 16 Pro.

Price doesn't really matter, I use my phone for banking/2FA shit, while driving for music and navigation, some news reading and Uber, it has to support NFC for some tags at my work and I liek to use a wallet app.

Or should I go full shitzo and get a Pixel 9 Pro and run it with Graphene and stop being a sheep?

of course you can do bounds checks with a minimal performance impact, but it takes substantially more work than doing it the naive way. Probably the simplest way would be to do a pass at the start that checks that the file is valid, then not check any bounds thereafter. I think even a rustranny should be able to figure out why that's retarded.

How do you host your websites, /wdg/?

At the moment I'm using free hosting but it has a bunch of limitations so I think I need to pay for something. Here are my two options:

1) Rent a VPS, install Debian, run my website on there
2) Use Heroku because it would be easier

Which option is best?

Good stuff most of the time. Some subtle issues may fall through the cracks and become problems for you later. I don't know how comparable this is to the normal rate of unlucky defect.
Ultimately, you'll probably be just fine buying refurbished like most folks, but buy from reputable companies and businesses, some are reported to be scummy with stuff they refurbish, like BH Photo Video.
If the warranty offered is less than 6 months, forget it.

>you'll know by the warranty they offer on the item. if its less than 6 months then you cant trust 'em
Honestly. I probably wouldn't buy anything that isn't refurbed by (or under direct contract from) the original manufacturer. And those usually have a one year warranty in my experience.

Not an Itoddler myself, but the prism project was about cloud services and it not about scanning one's local files. Cellbrite can attack both android and ios devices, and there really isn't any systematic thing you can do about that. Apple actually made iphones reboot themself when they are not contacted with cellular network after some time, making it much harder for such device to compromise it, and most android vendors wouldn't even think about something like this.
