I'm assuming this means they will combine Prowlarr, Lidarr, Radarr and Sonarr. Honestly sounds pretty nice. I've been pleased with qui so if they make something good I'll probably use it. I do wonder if they are going to keep the same setup for this new combination as in the same settings and similar UI.

sennheiser hd 6xx/600/650/800
you can still find early model 600/650s from 20 years ago that work perfectly. Padding on headband is replaceable, so are the pads. Plastic overall design. HD 800 is a lot more money but it has a metal headband and obviously replaceable padding. Ironically a lot of 1k+ headphones have/had qc/design flaws but the hd 800 is still one of if not the most solid. Regardless any of those will do what you want and should last forever unless you try and break them like a monkey

From what I understand, the biggest risk of RSI / pain from ergonomics issues, is extreme forearm rotation and wrist angles. If you already have a kinesis advantage then perhaps try changing the elevation of your keyboard relative to where your forearms naturally are where typing. ie: Try raising / lowering the keyboard relative your forearms. The kinesis advantage already has tenting but you might invest in a keyboard with more extreme tenting, but I'd imagine that isn't what's causing it. You should really pay close attention to what hurts and where, and look up RSI pain for those specific places. Try finding anecdotes from people who had that pain and identified exactly what was causing it

Like >>107723390 said maybe you should consider it's caused by something other than keyboard use as well

Staying in a static position all the time, can't be good. It's much better for your body, in this case arms, to at least move a little. Switching between different pointing devices on the same computer.

How can you realistically get hacked from using an outdated OS if you're behind a firewall? All those meme vids of "computer hacked after 10 seconds of connecting XP to the internet" involve turning off he firewall, from what I heard. If the firewall is on what is the realistic attack vector where you get hacked because of an unpatched weakness in the OS? Outdated browser maybe, but that goes for any OS. Is browser security worse on an outdated OS?

I have this chunk of HLSL to select which view matrix to use when doing point light shadow maps. in old code I had this if-else structure:

    if (xDot > yDot)
{
if (xDot > zDot)
{
axis = 0;
component = positionToLight.x;
}
else
{
axis = 2;
component = positionToLight.z;
}

I did as well, Compared to today, it was astoundingly expensive not to mention this was still the era where in the US both incoming and outgoing SMS were charged per message or purchased in bulk packs as part of a subscription. It may not have been the data plan that you would have paid per MB like during the previous era or the massive expense of the pretty-much-only-corporate-subsidized-ExpressCard mobile data ,, but it was also a considerable addition to most phone bills especially as many were moving from flip phones with little data usage at all.

>no idea about iOS, but airplane mode on android does turn off the wifi until you turn it on again.
Current pixel phone, owner and former Samsung phone owner: by default on the Samsung phones turning on airplane mode will not turn off Wi-Fi. If you set it to do that. It might do that by default but I'm not sure if I need to do that or if I did it automatically. Same for the current pixel phone I have. On the phone it DID turn off Bluetooth if you turned on airplane mode but after doing that a couple times after getting on and off connecting flights it prompted me with the option to keep Bluetooth on while airplane mode is off.

they were tolerable on 15" crt monitors, or televisions, but as someone who lived through that era, 360p youtube never looked /good/. not even close, who are you kidding? it was worse than even VHS quality bit a wide margin. we accepted it because that's just what we could get given the internet speeds and compression codecs that were available, but compared to other media even at the time it was the lowest quality you could get.

Your demonstration of your lack of understanding of how frame schedueling works, lack of proof, and belief in your magic computer tells me everything. You're raped and I accept your concession.
>>107730984
>Then buy the same monitor retard.
With Wayland, you don't have to. And you get HDR, working multi-display VRR and proper frame schedueling.
>>107731448
There is a perceptible improvement to using HDR over SDR. You're coping.
VRR allows you to have complete frames with no tearing, no buffered frames, no stuttering.
Supporting fractional scaling is objectively an improvement over not supporting it.
I don't know why you bothered replying, you just raped yourself.

as an amateur who learned C++ first, I can speculate. It gives you enough rope to hang yourself with and grants programmers more trust and responsibility than they want. How it handles pointers basically and, to a lesser extent, header files. Lots of gotchas if you're not meticulous. Also inheritance is falling out of style.
