Is Pin1 supposed to be connected to the copper pour where that massive solder blob might make a connection?
That doesn't even look like solder desu, is that conductive glue or something like that? Get yourself some tacky flux and an iron with a wave-soldering tip to make it way easier to make good solder joints. These look terrible.

@1:51 - you have tombstoned parts blobbed together in the top left corner. They are likely shorting your board. Have you checked if the board is shorted to ground? Also did you use hot air or something because it looks like you cooked some stuff.

Here's my 2 cents on where to go if you can afford to be picky and go over and decide a job and actually consider jobs, and this is coming from my years of experience and my network of professionals.

1: Do not work at universities. I speak from experience on this. Right now, most universities are having trouble recruiting students due to lower student numbers in general, and how Gen Z/Alpha sees less value in college than prior generations. So, less funding is coming in, and the universities are cutting costs, which means shit is not getting maintained as well. Also, in my experience, universities tend to band aid their IT infra, and then when their entitled as fuck faculty demand to be treated special, IT caves in 90% of the time because "academic freedom." I swear to God the number of exceptions we made for faculty bordered on thousands.

2: Hospitals. You do not want to work alongside entitled doctors.

3: Any place with Indians in higher management, middle management, or C-Suite. Look up Izzat.
>>
>>107897995
in other words, don't work anywhere.

>/g/ makes a 19th album
Theme: [Accepting suggestions]

>Song submission rules/guidelines
Upload the file somewhere, preferably in a lossless format, and post the link here. If you want to update your track, make a new post.
Include the song title in the post, and make it clear that your song is a submission for the album.
Optionally you may include cover art for your track, but please confirm that the image in your post is the cover art or it won't be included. You may not use your real artist name.
Songs that contain anything against YouTube's policies won't be uploaded on YT, but will still be added to the album.
By default, tracks will be normalised to -14 LUFS (integrated loudness) in the release. You may specify a lower loudness for your track.
Use of AI is banned. This includes AI generated stems, samples, and effects. "AI" includes all neural network-based models and not hard-coded automation/procedural generation. You are allowed to ask an LLM about music-related questions, but asking it to give you musical ideas (eg. generating a chord progression) is already a no-no.

DDR3 prices are soaring despite being e-waste a year ago. And Windows 11 doesn't work with DDR3 motherboards.

The BC-250 is the ultimate budget gaming PC right now. And it has no Windows drivers.

The budget build era is back, this time spearheaded by GNU/Linux!

If you want mouse/keyboard macro software without any bullshit attached, just buy a microslop mouse, especially intellimouse if you want great sensor for your gaymer needs
It’s called Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, unironically, no bloat, no bullshit, and it just works.

looks ok

It cost me less than 400 euros, AM5 rig. The parts are :
Motherboard : Gigabyte eagle AX B650 AM5- Brand new from Amazon 135 euros with shipping included
Processor : Amd RYZEN 5 8400F AM5 socket - used from Vinted 75 euros with shipping included
CPU cooler : Bequiet dark rock 3 130mm fan 6 heatpipes : used from Vinted 20 euros shipping included
Ram : 16 Gb kit sk hynix SODIMM : used from Vinted 48 euros shipping included
Sodimm to dimm adapters : brand new from Aliexpress, 10 euros for each so 20 euros in total.
Gpu : bought separately before gpu Armageddon : brand new from Amazon - Nvidia rtx 5060 8 gb gddr7 - 269 euros during black Friday
So the mobo, ram and processor came to 300 euros give or take. I won't enable xmp/expo as already the adapters add distance between the ram and the motherboard but they are stable, gonna put it in my new pc case with the gpu next week. I'm so happy bros.

>€135 for a motherboard
Yikes. For the same price as you I got a much much better CPU by buying a chinkboard. It works out of the box with no issues.
I also got SODIMM with an adapter but only 8GiB to hold me over. I bought a kit of 16GiB DIMM for €50 but it doesn't ship until February.
>>
>>107899459
by the time that chink board arrives in Europe, it'll have tax and VAT applied and will cost $135.

And it won't work because the chinks sell garbage.
>>
>>107899494
I already have it and have been using it for 6 weeks. VAT is already applied in the price on AliExpress and I paid ZERO in import or shipping fees.

Treat yourself, your person, as a business, and not as an individual, and it will fall into place. What do businesses do to get new customers? Marketing, competitive analysis, providing specific services, etc. Sorry to say it but getting a job in tech is not like getting a job at McDonalds, this is the reason so many fail to get employment in tech because they either don't understand what it takes or don't want to do what it takes

I agree this is an unfair burden for a fucking helpdesk job, but don't look at it as a monumental amount of effort to get a helpdesk job, look at it as a monumental amount of effort to get a life changing career in tech that will see you grow into 6 figure roles and earn that money for years to come (inb4 ai doomers (you) me)

Skip A+ or just lie about having it, noone checks. You can also make up a company, put some ai generated website on cloudflare workers and then put that you have like 2 yoe helpdesk from your fake company on there once again noone checks. If you want to do networking just do ccna > ccnp. CCNP will get you atleast a 70k a year job then if ur an autist get CCIE and youll be getting 120k easy, if you want to do cybersec get cysa+ then get CISSP after 5 yoe. Any field besides Helldesk/Sysadmin, DevOps, networking, or cybersec certs are completely pointless.

my justification was that i'm at the ideal time of my life (24, first job, single, live with parents) to spend money on dumb shit, because with my income... sure I can afford an iPhone and a new computer, but saving up 30-50k for a car? 75k for an apartment? impossible
even if I live frugally as fuck I can't possibly save that much money within a reasonable amount of time, not 40 years, at my current income level, so might as well have fun!
