AM3 supports DDR2 just because of AMDs backwards compatibility ethos, but you better off just using DDR3 if you have an AM3 chip.For Intel, refurbished LGA775 computers are also still being sold here for cheap, but they're all the DDR3 kind.In short, there are no DDR2 computers near me.
