Why don't AI companies do their training in China where they have vastly superior electric infrastructure
Holy shit, how will proompters ever recover?

>>107574529>NOOO! NOOOO! GET YOUR FEET OFF OF MY FACE THEY STINK! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!No. A best case scenario for Linux I think is maybe half of Apple's market share. OEM's can install a third-party Linux or their own Linux distro if they want and avoid getting hit with the Microsoft tax, sure. But if it ever looks like Linux is an actual threat to Windows then Microsoft can just reduce or remove the Windows fees for OEM's. That's probably why they're so aggressively moving towards a model where they make most of their OS money from spying on their users. If it came right down to it they could completely reverse the relationship and pay OEM's to offer Windows exclusively. Maybe with locked down hardware.

For example, this guy: >>107568235 has the right idea, but forgets that people are unlikely to reason about these things because they're unlikely to read that much into it. Reading something online/hearing it on the news is more likely how they come to conclusions about AI, and the news is mostly a mix of sensationalism and salesmanship. In order to have a reasonable discussion about the technology, you need to understand disciplines that most people hardly know.
