Literally anything?
The only reason notepadqq even exists is because baby duck Windows users were all "omg where's muh notepad++ wtf what do I do help"
And notepad++ only exists because Windows has no decent text editor by default and it's baby's first text editor for Windows users
Linux is overflowing with better text editors, it's literally a solved problem from decades ago
Just use whatever your distro ships if you don't care (probably gnome-text-editor or kate, but meme DEs have old forks of gedit like pluma, mousepad etc)
Gedit itself is still around
Vim and emacs are the traditional linux editors but baby ducks are scared by them

how does unmaintained software just segfault when used what it's specifically made for, no edge-case? file-system?
>>
>>101203571
It's not that software breaks, it's that the bugs reported are never fixed because it is abandoned.
>>
>>101202950
I still use both, notepad because it's easy to take notes and edit files, Notepad++ because it's super fast, versatile and EASY TO CONFIGURE. Most Linux text editors are still lacking in these ares. No sane person wants to spend months learning how to use shitty text editor.
