Implemented in a React app.

Firstly I would like a user to click on his settings, choose a language and have all the content automatically translated for him.
I am using a translation plugin in my Firefox browser but from what I have noticed is it translates only certain pages .
Secondly I would like to implement a text-to-speech reader.
What are the best matches for this fit ?
