Is the Proton suite a good alternative to Google? I'm sure there are better standalone options but having full integration seems convenient.

great but don't assume it's 100% private and secure. always vulnerabilities

It's a fine email service but the free version's pretty limited. You can find far more cost-effective storage providers. Locally encrypt your own password management. There' no reason anyone other than you should ever have access to your personal password store.

Proton it's literally snake oil. Email is not a private protocal and never will be. If you want secure and private communication use, a selfhosted xmpp server.
Also Proton is partnered with the World Economic Forum.

apk info -v nextcloud
nextcloud: A safe home for all your data
nextcloud: https://nextcloud.com/
nextcloud: 312 MiB

If I needed such a "suite" I would just install nextcloud. All those features, many more modules, self hosted and as secure as you want it.

It's fine if you just want something easy that at least pretends to care about about privacy. Obviously they aren't 100% reliable and truthful, but they are still probably better than Google.

My big gripe with them is just that they are pretty expensive. Especially if you just want mail and stuff.
