Unfortunately no, they mostly top out at 1280x1024. Though I don't see why you'd need such a high resolution panel considering most are 17-19 inches.

You can buy a 4k oled, then change the resolution to 1920 x 2160 and move the picture to either side of the screen. That will give you an 8:9 screen ratio

With a 19:9 you can have two documentation pages open at the same time in the second screen
With a 5:4 if you've got two side by side usually docs have sidebars and there's not enough space on the screen
