Why don’t the Europoors create their own tech companies instead of just suing American ones?
>>
climate policies and ridiculous incomprehensible tax laws

Easy Money, duh. I like muhnee.
>>
>>101233671
because that'll be 50% tax +tip
>>
tech generally needs lots of initial investment and european investors are very conservative
>>
Someone has to fuck with them, US just bends over and spreads wide as they play it fast and loose with data and privacy.
>>
Allow chinese evs compete with tesla, John
>>

Well the whole point is that there's not really a difference between a country and it's corporations there's not really a private and public at the macro level those distinctions only apply to the end user the worker I really like the European data privacy laws and consumer protections but it's important to remember the reason those are in place is because they see Google Apple and so on as ranchers milking their cows not intrinsically bad that you can be tracked traced identified analyzed etc etc which in its own way is the main social distinction between the legal ideas of Europe in the United States where the idea is the state should be able to have total enforcement control everywhere all the time be it in your phone bank account what you read Etc but private corporations should be heavily controlled by the state by comparison to the United States where people endlessly him and ha over the state doing anything good or bad but then call you a red Bolshevik rabble Rouser if you try to claw some of your stolen wages back from a mega Corporation.
>>
>>101233671
We did and do but lards and chinks keep buying them.
>>
Americans are so buckbroken by corporations that they see basic consumer protections as something bad

>all that babble in a single run-on sentence
How does this even happen? Phoneposting with speech to text?
>>
>>101233671
Why can't mutt corporations not try to fuck over their customers so the EU doesn't sue them?
>>
EU's not different from US democrat politics. they need money to get elections settled, "normal" practice. its not about creating companies, its about "fair pay" thing. the Q should be why corps agree, what eg Apple can get from France, maybe ask to push out its competitors or something like that.

France did sell out its own company Famas for H&K Germany. lefty politicians dont care about development

The EU tax structure and everything involved with creating a business there isn't favorable to companies. Especially small startups.
>>
>>101233671
Because the EU doesn't control the money printer of the only currency that matters so there aren't VCs with unlimited cash looking for places to gamble.

>It's just suing not just outright theft
You can't compete because of lack of effort so you are looting whatever you can, you know this is the truth.

this.
easier that way

If american companies stayed in america, it would not be of any issue.

When you do business in Europe, you follow the regulations. If you wish to not follow the regulation, then you don't have to do any business in EU. Simple as.

NA can let their corporations rape their citizens, but not in EU.
>>
>>101233750
This. Both the USA and EU bend over backwards for American corporations. This minor fine fiasco is just for show so you can't complain about their huge tariffs on non-Western companies. Actual competition is curbed everywhere.
>>
Big EU tech company means you'd actually have to pay your tech workers a reasonable salary. A software dev in EU currently makes 1/8th of what he would make in USA. By suing them they can just cash in without having to pay plebs.
