Vizio kinda sucks, if you're going for a budget brand get a TCL that is a 6 series or better. Vizio is absolute trash nowadays.

Uh... should be OK. I made the mistake of buying an OLED LG TV for a computer monitor, that was a big fucking mistake. I ended up just going back to my single 32" 1440p monitor.

LG OLED TVs repeatedly have to do pixel scrubbing. It also has a voice assistant that can't be deactivated and will repeatedly complain that you haven't hooked the LG TV up to the internet. It also didn't support sleep over HDMI, so I had to manually shut the TV on and off. Fuck Linus Tech Tips for recommending that TV as a monitor.

Also fuck LG TV's, spyware ridden pieces of shit.

TCL has several. I bought the Q7 last year and it has all the bells and whistles you desire. 1080p 144hz and 4k 120hz in one.
>>
Also from experience, I wouldn't go above 40" if you're using a TV as a monitor unless you plan to be like 5 feet away from it.
>>
>>101237102
Personally, I would. However, TCL doesn't make the TV you want in a 50 inch. you'd have to move up to a 55 but you'd pay about the same price as the Vizio.

i kinda was looking forward to the 240hz at 1080p mode as well, but i dont exactly need that over 4k120hz... idk what to do T-T i feel like i dont wanna risk it by cancelling but i also feel like i maybe should
>>101237163
my bfs is i think 50" and i tried it out in his desk and the distance seemed fine enough
>>
>>101237282
ok i think im just gonna risk it and get it delivered, so i can test it and see if it ends up being good for me, if not i will return it in the same condition it came in and buy the tcl q7

>>101236999
any decent tv is also a smart tv these days

Not a problem.

You should have gone OLED.
>50''
Shit ppi and probably too big. Even the ppi in my 42 inch isn't good enough.
Unless you sit 2 inches away from the screen you shouldn't worry about neck problems. Giant monitors are pretty comfy.

This doesn't happen with mine.

>>101236981
you should’ve gotten the lgc4 42 inch tv instead
