You'll be fine but AdGuard's benefit is how aggressive it is and how it functions. I think uBlock Origin even disabled the ability to check for updates. AdGuard has multiple filter updates per day and tons of features. AdGuard Pro is like $10 and the only adblocker on iPhone/iPad that works properly too.
