>What is DALL-E 3?
It's a text-to-image generator made by OpenAI.

>How does it work on Bing?
In Bing's Image Creator, "boosts" are used to speed up the image creation process, each user starts with 15 boosts. When you use a boost, the AI creates your image quickly. If you run out of boosts, the image waiting time can increase, usually if you refresh the page you can get the picture earlier.

Detailed anime background painting, muted colors. A serene winter night scene in a mountainous region, where traditional thatched-roof houses are blanketed in snow. The warm glow of lights from the windows suggests a cozy atmosphere inside, contrasting with the cold blue tones of the snow-covered landscape. The darkness of the night sky and the surrounding environment accentuates the illumination of the houses.

The first thing I checked when I read news about Azure's cloud being the culprit of global outages was whether Designer still worked. After I confirmed that Designer (and Bing) were working just fine, I really scratched my head. I guess those who can still use Kaspersky, because they're not located in Russki-le-bad-land, were really happy today...

Yeah, I observed the same, thanks for the confirmation. That one should work fine on Designer too, but I never got nipples, just some side boobs when lucky. I guess it might boil down to styles and visual noise, probably?

>From side and slightly above, heavy brushstrokes, detailed manga painting by Yoshitaka Amano: 16 yrs Irish woman (fox ears and tail, long wavy ginger hair, green eyes, zaftig, motherly, freckles, porcelain white skin complexion, red lips, floral sundress) sitting on a bench, smiling softly, inviting the viewer to seat at her side. Hot summer afternoon in a park, below the shade of an ancient tree, the dappled sunlight illuminates the scene.
It completely ignores the angle like this though, it's mostly from side or just frontal. "From slightly above" by itself works...

The curious thing about these threads is that everyone eventually seem to leave, except those who constantly whine about everything others post that they dislike, making the thread toxic for the few who remain. I pray for it... What about the Chinese Cici "little sister" (DouBao) thing instead? I think people on /aco/ were saying that it's using SD or maybe the same inhouse generator of mobile Cici (which is region-free, curiously enough)? I didn't bother trying it after it asked for either a (Chinese?) TikTok or an Apple account, since I don't have either.

It's easy to get into doubao without an account. Just open a private browsing window, go to the site, click on the example image on the right, then click the text box and enter your prompt, make sure it starts with "make an image of" so it knows it's an image. As you can see, it's still using their in-house image generator that looks a lot like SDXL or something.

I suppose you're referring to the theory that they misunderstood the API safety levels? I wonder if that's actually happened, after Coze weren't they supposed to learn their lesson? Both boosts and the hidden limit are shared, if you managed to get stuff in Designer while you were blocked in BIC it would be most curious.
The only thing that *might* be different is the filter, /aco/ has always suggested it in its OP, I thought that it was just a carry over from the pre-Taylor-gate era, but now that I've been using Designer, because of the direct landscape/portrait generation, I feel that Designer is much less consistent in its filtering.
