"Document holding" facilities use air gapped servers that are inspected and certified by government inspectors regularly. The worst thing for a government contractor that could get leaked is their internal pricing data. Specifically, how much they pay their contractors vs how much they bill the government, and the accompanying bid calculations. Near zero chance any of that is present.
