We now live in the multiverse where different parties have different explanation of who is affected. This may be a bit worse for 14th Gen as if Intel say that 13th Gen is fucked meanwhile 14th Gen is fine. But ... 50% of CPUs from 13 and 14 Gen both are fucked. One way or another Intel managed to become the "DO NOT BUY" brand.
