I used MX-4.Also the temperature doesn't have to go as low as possible. It's totally fine to keep the CPU at let's say 70C if it means keeping the fans down. Only after it goes above 80C do I start to ramp up the fan.

Undervolted and underclocked (just -200mhz) my 5600 with default cooler and it doesn't exceed 65°C in summer
