the only imageviewer i like is imageglass (before they overhauled the UI about a year ago, the new version looks shit) unfortunately the guy who runs it pulled some very shady shit a few years agoi still use it though because i hate every other image viewer i tried
qimgvIts coded I'm C++ and has got support and I think most formats. I use it in replacement of gwenview. There's even a match system theme option
fehIt's written in C and supports everything.It doesn't need themes.

I remember trying a bunch of image viewing programs but they'd take so much more time loading the thumbnails of the images stored on my laptop that I went back to the Windows native one which shows them pretty much instantly
