Is there a Grayjay plugin that just uses yt-dl(p) to stream whatever link you give it?
Or is there another media player app with this capability? If not, I guess I have my next project on lock.
Reason being I want to watch videos on mobile and not use their shitty web player.

Yeah I mean something generic for all websites, not just youtube (Grayjay still works for yt btw), for my under-the-table websites where I watch tv series/movies.
Termux is interesting and surprising to learn it doesnt require rooting, but ffplay (from what I read) seems like a barebones player without QOL like popout and ff/rewind.
Maybe its possible to pipe it into the vlc app, but honestly the vlc app is kinda shit interface-wise.
