What the best way for me to encrypt my drives?I am using Windows 10 LTSC.My main concern is that I have lots of data for my startup business that I would like to keep, but not be able to have that data seized by subpoena from another company if we have a business dispute.In my jurisdiction, recording all phone calls and video meetings is legal, so that is what I do.However, I don't want any subpoenas to get to these recorded conversations, since some may be disadvantageous to me in a court dispute with another business.Ideally, if things are encrypted, I can bring whatever data is helpful to my case to court while the subpoena can't touch my encrypted data.Let me know if I'm overlooking something.I tried to use Veracrypt l, but it said my SSD has a hardware issue (??) and it won't encrypt.I don't know if I tried it on the HDDs I have with the actual recordings on them
