That was when I was active in a niche tech forum that was shutdown around 2022 because exit scammers were friends with jannies. Gray to black internet markets are surprisingly common and sprawling even. There were active middlemen who passed around tens of thousands of dollars for video game currency and made more in a month than I will ever do as a plc scratch tier blockgram pajeet doing after hour jobs with no insurance and juggling around controllers worth more than thrice my monthly salary.
