To me OS-tans peaked when MS made an official one for 7. A big part of the appeal of OS-tans is in celebrating older operating systems. I think that's one reason no one is really interested in a Windows 11-tan.

The other is that the OG OS-tan from Troubled Windows was all about humanizing a really buggy OS' accidental errors. In a way you sort of empathize with the devs who tried to make a good OS in ME but came up short.

Windows 11 is different. It's not buggy--it sucks because it's designed to suck. Windows 11 is full of choices that to push the boundary of what users are willing to put up with so Microsoft can make more cash. There's no appeal in an OS-tan for that.
