These emails we generate are mostly plain-text and include a fuck huge one time code for the user to copy + paste into the website link and login. One user has reported that their email client is chopping the code in half so they can't read it. I think they use outlook classic, but otherwise it works fine everywhere else. Anyone have an idea of what causes stuff like this? It's driving me nuts.
You're sending HTML email to Outlook. Outlook stopped using the IE rendering engine for HTML email like 15-20 years ago. Instead, it uses Word's HTML rendering. You're doing something that Word's HTML rendering can't deal with. Stop doing that and the problem will be solved. Hope this helps.
