If you scroll down one of the longer settings pages and then click another setting category, does it start at the top of that page or does it stay scrolled at the bottom of the new page? It does the latter for me.

I feel like Microsoft Pajeets just have just no eye for little details like this and it makes the whole browser feel cheap.
