Sorry to ask, but is there a web app that lets me upload an anime picture that is blurry, and it will fix the details and sharpen it intelligently? I know there's waifu2X but it has its limits.

There are certain art styles you can choose and you'd think "Fantasy Painting" or "Concept Art" would be it but they end up looking like short people (which is nice) but with dumpy faces (not nice). Right now I'm literally just going down every single art style with the same prompt just to see what gets me closest and so far they're "Cute Anime" and, surprisingly, "Furry - Oil".
