My thought process is that your prompt gets reinterpreted by whatever internal thing they have and then that gets passed on to the image generator which might unintentionally add some naughty details, that only gets multiplied when the image starts generating, even if none of that is true then most of the women they trained on were either nude or half naked/skimpy clothing and that is what it defaults toEither way if my images get blocked I make sure to add in clothes that leave very little room for panty shots, ass shots and so on, it works nearly all the time. My main issue with dall-e 3 is finding promptable art styles that I like
