It's good for fixed automated workflows or as a learning tool since it exposes all the guts of the process but that's it. Also forge is just as performant as comfy for me.

Not just the exaggerated contrast but sort of everything about it, after you've seen millions of gens you start to just see cookedness as a whole set of visual properties that are immediately apparent to the eye. If someone asked you "explain why she's beautiful, what do you mean?" you'd have a hard time explaining it, cookedness is a similar thing. One sure sign of cooking is that all your gens look nearly the same with different seeds; this usually happens as the cfg gets quite high. Also, a high or low cfg is entirely context-dependent. Not just on the model and LoRAs, but also on the prompt. 10 cfg is generally very low on Waifu Diffusion XL; 4 cfg is very high on some finetunes.

Amazing how I can multiply my guidance score by 20 and FLUX still works. It's definitely not the same as CFG. I prefer using around 1.3 guidance, but 26 (pictured) is within the realm of what some anons would find acceptable. Very weird.
to compare with CFG, similar scores in SD1.5 might have been 4.5 for the low cfg, and 20 times that would be 90. I don't know if anyone has ever tried prompting 90cfg images in SD1.5, but I don't think you'd get a coherent result.picrel is 26 guidance again

I was on an early 2023 version of stable diffusion and I did not update till today. so far everything is working fine. I had spend so much time with GEGL and only a small amount of time with SD.
