There's nothing inherently wrong with it but I plan on changing almost everything. I'll be changing the monitor for a smaller 27" one (Dell U2724DE) with a built-in Thunderbolt hub. The desk will be smaller and without a separate drawer and the speakers will be mounted on the wall. I might upgrade to the 8" 4th generation KRK Rokit speakers too.

The cables are from like 2010 so it's just a matter of swapping them out at some later date, at which point I also need to just sack up and unhook the caddy, pull all the other cables, and reattach after flipping everything around. Works for now though.I'm pretty happy with the amount of real estate on this sit/stand desk, I was able to keep my computer off the desktop by moving it over to the "server rack" that has my networking stuff and a pi that does arrs/jellyfin/etc. but now the rack looks pretty unprofessional. I guess there's no real solution for cable spaghetti unless you want to shell out for sleeves and all new cables and everything. Even then it eventually has to come out of the sleeve then you're back to spaghetti. still need a better trash can and maybe something for the cat to sit on.
