And year of the linux desktop is not meant to be a meme?

Imagine doing the same in windows, asking someone to install a trillion shit and just ignore UAC and Windows Defender because 'just trust me bro, someone else surely has gone through the sourcecode before'

OK...

>Install linux
Why did you feel like installing Linux was necessary for you to learn Python? You can work with Python on any major desktop operating system.

>Can't connect phone to PC via USB
What does this have to do with Linux, or with you learning Python? It seems like you're either really confused and stupid, or you're just making shit up.

>python needs a thousand and one dependencies and libraries
This is not true.

>Realize R is better for my data analysis needs
So your goal was to do data analysis, not learn Python?

>a bajillion shit to be installed
What are you even talking about? Do you mean development libraries? Yeah, that's a thing with many programming languages, and any distribution of R or Python you download on another OS will install a whole bunch of stuff.

>Imagine doing the same in windows, asking someone to install a trillion shit and just ignore UAC and Windows Defender because 'just trust me bro, someone else surely has gone through the sourcecode before'
Retards like you do this all the time THOUGH.

What a shit thread. KYS OP.

Unironically would like to build the top one if I had skills to do that, had a workshop and wouldn't need to jump through hoops to use it on roads.
>>
>>102404996
No problem. You'll save yourself a lot of pain if you never "pip install" anything globally. Just use Poetry for managing the dependencies of your own projects, and use pipx if you want to install a Python program like gallery-dl that isn't packaged for your distro.
