Joke's on you. I'm a neet.
good morning saar!
>>102411060Is jeet #32 ok?
>>102410948Nothing ever happens.
>>102410948>Programming will be automated in two more weeksis the new>China will collapse in two more weeksfor subhumanist ecelebrities
>>102410948That looks like shit
>>102410948>3d game written entirely with a text markup languageGood luck making that claim that at any job interview. Outside of toy programs, understanding is necessary to catch AI on its bullshit
>>102410948It's not going to be automated. I'll admit the new ChatGPT AI is pretty good but it's still requires human intervention to work. People grossly underestimate the complexity between semi-automated and fully automated. Junior dev code monkeys are probably doomed though.
>>102411494you're splitting hairs, HTML implies CSS and JS these days. Try turning off JS on 99% of websites they shit themselves. But I agree nobody is going to hire you if you can't articulate decisions in your programs that you make.>why did you choose to render objects this way>its what chatgpt said>thanks we'll let you know
That's pretty neat. What else can it do?
>>102411621Count how many r's strawberry has

If programming will be automated then most of white collar work will also be automated. Most office jobs have lower complexity than programming so they will be even easier to automate. In fact, even blue collar jobs will not be safe. Self driving tech is already here and most trucking jobs will vanish in 30 years or so.
>>102410948That takes about 1 hour to program, even less if you have experience with gamedev engines.I think we are good for now.
>>102410948>3d FPS gameI read that as 3 FPS game initially and didn't even question it which really just says everything that needs to be said about the games industry.
>>102411093Earth to earth, ashes to ashes, poo to poo.
I tried the new model on a personal project to implement something I could implement in an hour, and it failed miserably, even after five tries. We're still good, but working with GPT to write unit tests and boilerplate code sure is nice.
>>102410948Looks like these jewBOTs haven't scraped enough informations off of the interwebs to create a game yet.
>>102411060DEJA POO
>>102410948this is a good thingall the programmers forced out of the industry will create more based & redpilled autism projectstrust the plan
>>102411189it is shit, but if it's good enough to do this with just one prompt it probably is good enough to make something much better if you just ask it to generate functions one at a time and then put the game logic together yourself
>>102411621Gets the number of r's in strawberry right 50% of the time, if your job relies on that, you better learn to count different letters
>>102413130kek
>does a git clone of the million fps starter templates in the backgroundNothing personnel gents
>>102412034Asses to asses, dung to dung
>>102413507This notion that you just need to ask it the right series of questions in order to generate a commercial product that rivals indie / AAA games is laughable. It's a tool that can assist a programmer, not a replacement for a programmer. And no amount of shitty threejs demos is going to change that.
>>102413507So it can automate the trivial parts but not the hard ones? Sound like a great tool!
