I grabbed the exe off my Server and edited the registry and it just started working like it did in 7). The "Photos" app fucking sucks. Try and open the same JPG in both on the slowest turd you can find that officially supports Windows 10, "Photos" takes an order of magnitude longer to open. Fucking XnViewMP loads faster and that shit has 100s of features over "Photos".

When trying to bypass 4chan filters a lot of spammers will fill an image with noise, then have the image only take up ~60% of the area, but have it blurred, softened, de-saturated, etc. I found that having a single threshold, so the option for 2 different "outputs" from a pool operation, was enough to catch them.
It's probably bullshit but no one will go through the effort of digging through the millions of packets windows sends every minute to confirm or deny it.
