My computer activates another fan when i start it and makes more noise, it makes so much noise it makes me unable to work properly, i cleaned it various times and that isnt the problem, i noticed that it happens when temperatures drop so during the summer it only activates the extra fan maybe once but during autumn and winter it activates almost every time i turn it on, also when i play games that during the summer make my pc start another fan because of the heat it stops after like 10 minutes and i can using it like always, should i reboot the pc or change the start options?
