no. you can get AI to spite out what looks like sprite sheets but they won't animate. it'll get you something kinda close but would need a lot of manual cleanup to be usable for anything

if you're keen on using AI for game assets, your best bet currently is lean into static assets or maybe two-frame animations that don't rely on any temporal flow

I am getting very smooth images with
euler_a, 25 steps and normal sampler.
Dpm++ 2m should be fine too, perhaps try it with karras sampler and do no more than 25 steps either.
