>>102923662This reminds me of that time Google tried to sell surveillance as a service to the US government but there was an outrage.Microsoft could get away with it.
I ask it questions that are dumb but also require a huge amount of insight. Like the intricacies of how honey bee allergic reactions could be beneficial in specific cases.
To find the answer to a simple question without having to dig through multiple links and bullshit.
Nobody cares about "muh privacy" meme. 5 years from now it will become a standard feature that everyone depends on, and loonixfags will try to include it in their desktops.
>>102923979The difference is it'll be optional on Linux. I would welcome a Plasmoid for Copilot if somebody wanted to make one but Microsoft is a shit company so they likely don't have an open API for it.Also, their security is hyper aggressive requiring captchas a lot to even use it and sometimes it doesn't like my VPN. Go figure.

Making people too stupid to do things without Microsoft while also letting their chatbots shape the reality of their users.

I'm lucky enough that my Windows 11 computer doesn't have a MS account. It's local only. So uninstalling all of their BS wasn't too big of a deal. Although I do take the uninstallation with a grain of salt. I plan on making it so I don't take Windows 11 on-line at all in the near future.
