incoming AI crash in the next months? AI is very cool, but can you actually make money with it?
>>103031970citigroup lost billions trying to short Tesla again and again. "It will fall for sure, you will see".
>>103031970it's coming, but I doubt it will be anywhere near dot-com crash scale. anyway>>>/biz/>>>/bant/smg/
>>103031970Two more weeks
>crashAbout one year from now.
>>103031970Just sell AI slop on Fiver
>>103031970Debloating rather than crash I think. There are many useful applications for the field, but it’s money generating potential has been enormously exaggerated.
>>103031970Can't wait for their 4U 8xH100 racks to flood ebay.
>>103031970why are people surprised when stupid retard pumps correct within 2 trading days?
>>1030319702 weeks
>>103031970Watch BTC doing the same soon, I'm so ready to buy it cheap.
>>103035261Oh please let this come true. The real profit to be made is off the VC capital being burnt writing off dumped high end hardware.

>>103032072quick rundown on this??
>company I work at uses outdated ticket system>but it's open source so we can add custom functionality>spend half a year making a ChatGPT integration for it>can now provide an AI answer that agents can use>third party that hosts the ticket system quits>help desk looking for a new ticket system>get demo from Zendesk>has everything I'd been working on and then some>using basically everything the OpenAI API has to offer in a slick way>mfw half a year of work down the drain
>>103031970T-Two more weeks and ai goes away i swear!!!
>>103031970Modern AI is uselessAll it produces is trashI can get better results using google for 30 seconds than using ChatGPT 100% of the time
>>103036492don't worry, soon google will only return AI generated slop and it will be the same
>>103036492You must be pretty retarded if you can't figure out how to use ChatGPT
>>103036776Yes. And I live on the same planet as you, what're you gonna do about it?
>>103036776I can use ChatGPT fineIt's just when I ask it a question it either:1. Gives me a wall of text with no substance, i.e. boilerplate2. It gives me something that sounds like it was written by a rich silicon valley democrat3. It says "I'm not allowed to talk about that, sorry"Useless technology
>>103036478Yea because no one cares or wants this ai shit. Soon as i see "ai" somewhere i just fuck off out.
>>103031970if you would know why this did happen you would already be balls deep in and be rich later
>>103036492Wouldnt say better results on google cause the pajeets have taken over stackoverflow with bs and the ai fetches off site data like that one which is why its always dumb asf anwsers or wrong all the time. It was a mistake from the start and will be always.
First off, let's get one thing straight: I'm a libertarian through and through, but I ain't got no love for small-minded fools like yourself. And don't even get me started on how you're missin' out on the goddamn revolution just 'cause you can't see past your own nose. You wanna know why this AI bubble isn't gonna burst? It's because you and your fellow shitposters are too busy jerking each other off about how everything is a "scam" to actually look at the fuckin' facts. AI ain't no fad, it ain't no Ponzi scheme - it's the future, whether you like it or not.You think this is all just some big ol' bubble? Let me tell you somethin': every goddamn industry on the planet is beginnin' to incorporate AI in some way. From healthcare to finance, from transportation to entertainment - they're all realizin' that if they don't get on board with AI, they're gonna be left behind. And guess who's gonna be left behind? You and your 4chan buddies, too busy wankin' off to anime girls to realize the world is changin' right under your noses. And let's not even talk about the money pourin' into AI research. You think that's some kind of bubble? Hedge funds, venture capitalists, governments - they're all throwin' cash at AI like there's no tomorrow. And why? 'Cause they know it's gonna change everything. They know it's gonna make us more efficient, more productive, more connected than ever before. And you wanna know who ain't gettin' any of that money? You and your fellow basement dwellers. Now, I ain't surprised you're feelin' left behind, 'cause you are. You're stuck in your echo chamber, talkin' about how everything sucks and nothin's gonna change. But the rest of us? We're out here, livin' in the real world, realizin' that AI is gonna revolutionize everything we do. So keep on shitpostin', keep on complainin', but don't you dare tell me this AI bubble is gonna burst.
>>103031970I've got 60k € ready to buy up the V swing.
>>103036985Help desk loves it though. Instead of having to type out a reply to every incoming message they get a pre-written reply that's already good enough in most cases and if not all they have to do is rewrite some parts. Saves them a bunch of time. Using RAG we can use our internal data, so it also saves on time spent looking up relevant information such as manuals or going through a knowledge base. It's pretty damn powerful for these types of use cases, I wouldn't underestimate it.
>>103037585at that point you might as well give wagies a script like WITCH>Using RAG we can use our internal datanot reliable enough for most uses
The unspoken threat to AI is that third worlders producing increasing amounts of data in the public internet will hamstring any future models. There's no easy way around this and curating data is extremely expensive, specially for technical content.
