Recently moved to North America, got rid of almost everything in Europe. Only brought ThinkPad T420, IBM Model M and soon waiting for relatives to ship PS3 Fat. Sending back the standing table for a refund and testing a new concept I wonder how easy it would be to remove that chimney thing against the wall. I think its the ideal place to install a table top for a legit "rock solid" standing deskIt would be super stable because of the furnace weight etcThe good thing here is that the laptop can stay in place since there ia a hdmi to the monitor on the sitting desk. So no more awkward and disruptive internet connection cuts when moving from sitting to standing workstation.
