>>103104600It's a Kingston NV2
>>103104079Kingstonsisters.... our reponse?
>>103104170>SCAMMEDit's called being a stupid goyyou 100% deserved it. you're the reason we have shit product, for you are a shit consumer.
>>103104891Looks like you responded to the wrong anon.An NV2 should be capable enough to run windows okay-ish, but most probably you got windowed or trojanned and you've got something terribly wrong with thy's OS.Or maybe it's just heavily indexing shit in the background.
>>103105120>heavily indexing shit in the background. This is what is happening. It's fucking insane because it takes forever and hammers your SSD for days on end. With an HDD, it will take months.
>>103104891exactly. its a piece of shit ssd. the controller suffers from corruption if theres power outages.
>paying for shit with QLC NANDsUser error.

>>103105853>>103106314I know Adata/XPG is also hot garbage. So,which brands are good?
>>103107667currently on an XPG for my host OS on my main system, it's pretty good.WD, Crucial, Sabrent, MSI, Gigabyte, Silicon Power (I also have two of these in my main system), Teamgroup and Patriot are brands I have owned and/or observed for a long time and notice that the endurance/lifespan is quite good. (I think performance is a given)Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron (Crucial is just micron, really), KIOXIA, Corsair are all well-known good brands that I haven't had the chance to own/observe.Please note though that I am a sample size of 1 (maybe sometimes I buy 2 or 3) and while I personally have had good experiences with these, YMMV. I personally would never buy a Kingston or a SanDisk SSD, but some people have had good experiences with them.
>>103107667>Adataidk about the other, but the ADATA ssd I got a couple years ago for my Linux machine has been rock solid, slightly worse performance but more stable than the Crucial one I have in another machine (which has a firmware bug that causes significantly more write wear than it should).
