>>103162681you can literally feel the bloat and bugginess when interacting with BiglyBloaTedfurthermore, you're a retard for comparing private set memory which is what you're seeing there. qbittorrent for example consumes 90% of it's memory as shared memory. this is not even accounting for eventual memory leaks which has a time aspect and so on. qbitorrent/libtorrent 2 is good in this aspect, it stays the same usage range (depends on peers connected and upload/download throughoput etc) and very stable at long uptimes. biglybloated has poor throughput and bad stabilityso you need to at least go to the details tab and compare "working set" aka the totalt. knower

>>103162786>qbitorrent/libtorrent 2 is good in this aspect, it stays the same usage range (depends on peers connected and upload/download throughoput etc) and very stable at long uptimes.Quite on the contrary. Qbittorrent explodes with number of torrents. Based JVM GC keeps memory low. You're babbling nonsense. Also werks on my machine, no lags.>>103162829Meaningless screenshot. We don't know what you're downloading.
Qbittorrent is so bad. Imagine using a torrent client that doesn't support swarm merging.
>>103162829mate that's still not >"WORKING SET" you utter moron. you need to enable the column by right clicking. "working set" is what shows up on your ram usage in practice>>103162841may be because you're still using libtorrent 1. you can also limit the ram usage in advanced settings if you want to
>>103162869>may be because you're still using libtorrent 1Nope. Latest version. Cope, seethe and dilate.

Is bigly for android better than libretorrent?
>>103162328big if true
>>103162841>Qbittorrent explodes with number of torrentsBullshit, it still consumes 200ish with 10x the amount of torrents on that benchmark. Over the course of days with rss on and when it's uploading pieces from 30+ torrents at over 40MB/s it tops out at 250-280MB. I've raised the disk cache and buffer settings, it consumes even less with default settings.
>>103159459>>feature overloadWhat could possibly warrant using this instead of something that just werks?
>>103164833>banned from all private trackersnothin personal
>>103170787>private trackersstupid idea
>>103159459It's written in fucking Java but I like some stuff better compared to other clients on android. Aria2 is end game if you have time.
>>103167873THISI have been using qBT for over a decade, and I haven't seen memory consumption go over 250MB in years. The 4.x and 5.x versions have superb memory management, and always hover around 150MB, no matter how long I leave them running for (and I'm usually seeding 300+ torrents around the clock).
>>103162681Transmission is garbage. No features, still 3X the bloat.>>103162681Test it with uTorrent 2.2.1 or earlier without the ads shits
