So naturally I did what every /g/ay would. I opened it up, removed screen back cover (took me 1h30), changed the screen frame (was broken), filled around the hinges with epoxy, closed it

Now it's still working, digitizer and everything. I haven't tried the hinges yet, epoxy needs 6h to cure
