the main reason i use linux is so i can have my computer do the work for me instead of doing the work for my computerif you have any repetitive tasks that need to be done on a regular basis there is probably a somewhat straightforward way to do it completely automated on linux.i know that windows task scheduler exists. it is terrible. it is significantly easier to automate things on windows using wsl instead of actually using the operating system.windows is designed for people who have lots of free time to waste.
