I bought a W550S off the local marketplace. It was only 40 dollars with 16GB of RAM. I wanted to check out a BSD. I chose GhostBSD because I like the Mate desktop, and having ghost in the name sounds cool.Installer doesn't let me select a hostnameInstaller doesn't support full disk encryption.Audio doesn't work out of the box.Can't adjust the brightness in the GUI.This model has been around for 10 years. I went back to Debian after an hour.Why is BSD like this? I thought it was supposed to be amazing. Do they claim it is super stable because there is nothing to do once you boot it?
