What is a /g/ approved built-in oven + cooktop? My requirements are: should last (10+y), exclusively knobs for main controls on the front side, ceramic top (induction is too expensive including the full pot set), German market, max 800 euros (t. poorfag)And I want to know if pyrolysis (self cleaning) is a meme, or worth the extra money (for saving time)So far the only thing that ticks everything is this: https://www.mediamarkt.de/de/product/_siemens-pq211ka00-2313978.htmlI've looked at it irl and it seems pretty decent, top is Made in Germany too. Looked for a cheaper Bosch alternative, but couldn't find one
>>103241939have you tried chud gpt?its pretty good at being a search engine (compared to jewgle)
>>103241939idk but my stove shocks me when I use it so I have to wear shoes when I cook. It's definitely grounded so idk whats up with it. Idk about them dang ole modern fancy cookin' devices wit dat self cleanin' n' shiet, but heres a bump.
>>103242175Do you have a multimeter to check continuity with ground? For example a lot of old houses/apartments relied on copper pipes for ground, then when they got replaced with PVC the appliances would lose their grounding.
>>103241939gas stove
>>103241939open flame masterrace
>>103242175>>103242525Definitely get this checkedHad a job recently where this was the case and the tap just outside the kitchen (still connected via ground) had ~110V (eu)Meanwhile, there was a ground cable coming from the meter, but somewhere between that and the 5th floor the installer gave up and so it didn't reach the panel
>>103241939gas stoveelectric stoves that aren't induction tops fucking suck
gas or gtfo
>>103241939>exclusively knobs for main controls on the front sidethis is getting more and more dificult to find
>>103241939You don't want knobs, it makes it harder to clean and water gets inside them shorting out crap.
if you can't get induction, gas is the next best thing desuinduction is way too good
>>103242175Does it have those metallic plates on top? If so they went bad and are leaking current, if you had GFCI it would trip right out, I know because mine did a couple times and I had to change them, now I have something like in the OP pic and it just works.
