>make arch beginner-friendly>add many tools for that>people hate it because "unstable"enabling AUR is for advanced users (according to manjaro itself), people use it and call the distro unstable.
>>103242627>let certificates expire regularly (five times!)>questionable use of donated money>ship with shitty defaults>clone packages but not the AUR causing shitload of issues>claim to be "stable" by delaying Arch packages by 2 weeks (no testing).>manage to DDOS the AUR. twice. Why do people use this piece of shit? Just use EndeavourOS or stop being a baby and install Arch. Pretty sure i recall manjaro shipping a broken kernel once too kek.
>>103242650>let certificates expire regularly (five times!)This is Arch's faultEverything else you say is true but Arch devs are fucking retarded.
enabling the AUR is the only way to get tons of software on arch, retardalso they removed HW acceleration from their MesaManjaro is completely superseded by EndeavourOS
MA'AMjaro
>>103242660It is Arch's fault Manjaro's certificates expired? Please explain your retardedness.
>>103242650What are these "shitty defaults" Manjaro ships with?
Manjaro is all nice until you update it and it breaks.
>>103243780this
>>103242627>selling point of distro is minimalism and bleeding edge packages>create bloated distro with old packages>add other trash on top of itManjaro users need to be hanged and raped(if female)

>>103242662>they removed HW acceleration from their MesaWhat? No it's not.
>>103242627Valve have proven with the Steam Deck that it's not impossible. What Manjaro didn't factor in is that it won't be a sinch on every single device on the planet.
>>103242627I used Manjaro for 5 years. it was pretty good the biggest annoyance was their update withholding policy. it was great 90% of the time but sometimes a package on the AUR would require the latest library package that manjaro physically didn't have and you were just fucked until they decided to release itI've moved onto CachyOS
>>103244892Tell me what package was this.
