I once managed to get IP banned by YouTube simply by scrolling through my subscriptions. It's an absolute mess. Thankfully, PocketTube seems to be working again and it is perfect for managing subscriptions.

I think it's just an error between the YouTube browser client and the end-user (your browser). I get it occasionally, usually just needs a page refresh. Otherwise, I check my router.
