This is actually the second interview - the first one was canceled five minutes before it was supposed to start because of an "emergency". It's all poojeets too. I spent the last year spinning up my own software company so IDGAF about this "job" but I am curious to see the state of a F500 company right now. Anything interesting the anons here want me to ask or say?

>>103243992I had one last week. I started looking and applying at the beginning of September. applied for about 200 jobs. got 3 interviews, 1 never progressed, another one was the first of 5, so I just said to them I was not willing to be a part of, and the last one was for a company that build code for casinos, got that offer a few days ago... but doesn't really pay much more of what I'm making right now, so might as well keep looking... anyway... market is tough but not impossible.
why do they advertise scams on instagram
>>103243992I've been a NEET for 1.5ish years after graduating with a CS degree. I had an internship during school, and I've got a reasonable portfolio of projects and have built my own server and learned a reasonable amount of what I would assume is at least devops related things. Is it over for me? Should I even try applying for programming/devops roles, or should I just switch to something else? Applying for jobs is terrifying, but so is the fact that I'm already this far out and things will only get worse from here.
>>103244832im you but i have an AAS and ten years of experience in telecomm (data center). ive been unemployed for 2 years now and the current market wages are worse than 2019
>>103244832Keep applying doofus. Apply to as many companies as possible, create a LinkedIn account and add as many recruiters as possible as friends, etc.Make sure to look for remote work in other cities too, in case the job market in your city is not that great.
