Asus is holding my hardware hostage and Microsoft wants to kill me. Even windows don't know what to do with whatever i8042 config ASUS did with this notebook without a driver.

It's a bit late to mention, but you should probably make sure your hardware is Linux-compatible before you buy it, even if you don't run Linux.
