Hello, dear customer.

After a careful analysis, we came to the conclusion that your problem is, most likely, a cfg guidance issue or a lora strength issue.
Those washed out colors are often a result of such settings not configured correctly.
Could you try increasing those values and see if it solves your issue? If not we can escalate your ticket to the Product Owner.

Best Regards,
Anon

Also, feels good to have two of my pics made into the collage, I'll put that into my CV

It's much better now that my employer agreed to have me leave work a bit earlier, which helps me a lot to get back home in more reasonable time. Public transport around here is a pain in the ass, and I poorly handle full-time work anyway. Just in time, since the weather has been worsening for quite some time now and we've got first snow already.

Helpdesk support-wise best of luck to you, a coworker next to me handles techsupport among other things, and oh boy do I have a good picture of what you put up with on a daily basis.

if you are using comfy I recommend finding something that handles normalization differently. The image is from a A1111 variant.

It isn't going to look the same since it is an upscale and he is using lcm. I strong suspect that there is a two pass here and he is using a different sampler/scheduler on the different passes. If he is using 0.28 on single pass he would need to be a wizard of some sort.

If you're on Windows 10 or newer, it has a built-in image editing tool with cropping at different ratios. There's also a patch tool handy for fixing small ai mistakes like an extra finger, signature, or some random shit it craps out.

>A humorous scene of a man with an exaggerated shocked expression as numerous hamburgers fall from the sky and land on his face. The man is mid-motion, trying to shield himself with his arms, but the burgers are everywhere—topped with vibrant ingredients like lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sesame-seed buns. The background shows a colorful outdoor setting, perhaps a park or cityscape, with a whimsical touch of flying burgers in different sizes and trajectories. The lighting highlights the chaos, with splashes of ketchup and mustard in the air adding to the comedic effect.

ok it's garbage, but I'm trying. Just like you, at least there's a ... creature ... in mine.

The image is a photograph of the interior of a Gothic cathedral, showcasing its magnificent stained glass windows and intricate architectural details. The photograph is taken from a low angle, looking up towards the vaulted ceiling, which is adorned with gold accents and features pointed arches typical of Gothic design. The ceiling is a deep blue with a patterned texture.

The stained glass windows, which dominate the scene, are vibrant with a kaleidoscope of colors including reds, blues, greens, and yellows. The glass is divided into numerous small, intricate panes, each depicting religious scenes and figures, creating a visually rich tapestry of light and color. The windows are framed by ornate stone carvings and are supported by tall, slender columns.

The walls and columns are illuminated by a series of elegant, golden chandeliers that hang from the ceiling, casting a warm, inviting glow throughout the space. The lighting accentuates the deep colors of the stained glass and the gold details, creating a striking contrast between the dark stone and the bright glass. The overall atmosphere is one of grandeur and reverence, characteristic of Gothic cathedrals. The photograph captures the majestic and spiritual essence of this historic place of worship.

Well, don't go AMD for Flux desu. idk how mine compares with llm though. I know they work.

llm are much smoother, because you can just run ollama on an Ubuntu install. idk, I think I may have had to run a couple of commands to get group access set right, but that was it.

Getting comfyui working was a royal pita

... and that reason is simple, rocm and Python aren't fantastic friends. Python sucks anyway. I mean, "python" as in all the crap you need, and how the dependencies with pytorch work out, because you have to use an environment, in Ubuntu anyway.

The language itself is fine.
>>
>>103273866
Like I think the best value is a used 3090, for Flux. check around and see if I'm right about that.

btw

Your issue with getting Flux to work might be system memory. I have 64gb. It makes a big difference. I went from no Flux to Flux pretty okay, like 1/10th the speed of the guy with the 4090, but it's amazing such an old pre-ai card works.

I got the 6950 because it's actually better than even the 4090 - at some games, if you are willing to compromise on all the pretty stuff. Very strange card. Also, because it's the best of the consumer variants of the generation. If I win the lotto, I'll have a videocard collection.

no IP stands for image prompt, which is just what it sounds like
using an image as conditioning instead of just text, usually for replicating the style of the input image but with different content
sorta of the opposite of what that Redux model does (rendering the same content/object in a different style)

Yes, 1st run partially allocates an adequate amount of memory , 2nd run requires a partial amount higher than the first run, unfortunately higher than 16gb.

I've tried running it without Ipadapterplus (1st warning error) ,Ipadapterflux still runs .
I also have that other clip missing: ['text_projection.weight'] error.
>>
>>103279149
I don't know why it does that, if it can do a first picture, then it can do a second, I think their memory managment system is bad, they're not unloading stuff that should be unloaded

it's a warning and it has no consequences, if I remember it has to do with the fact that flux doesn't use some of clip's layer shit or whatever

although most of the stuff I do is anime and sdxl/pony + character loras (autismmix confetti is amazing), flux is also great and the new canny lora in comfyui is a lot of fun to use.

can take ponyXL gens and even use them with canny to make backgrounds if you want, fun stuff. here is a manga trump.

Flux is undeniably better but Large is smaller. I'm yet to see the comparison of base flux-dev vs base 3.5large, quantized to fit in 8GB though. Because the latter works for me and I'm still afraid to try the former since I oom sometimes as is.
3.5 medium though should be a great replacement of XL for us vramlets because it's the same size but with a better vae and text encoder. And supposedly simpler training yadda yadda. That's what I'm hoping for, a Dreamshaper 3.5 medium turbo.

ChatGPT sez:

---
### **1. Decide Your Budget**
GPU prices can vary widely, so decide how much you’re willing to spend. Here's a quick tier guide:

- **Budget (< $300):** Can handle small models, slower speeds.
- **Mid-Range ($300–$700):** Best balance of performance and price.
- **High-End ($700+):** Top-tier for large models, fast iterations, and multitasking.

---

### **2. Prioritize VRAM (Video Memory)**
- **Why it matters:** AI models need VRAM to load and process data. Insufficient VRAM limits model size or resolution.
- **Recommended VRAM:**
- **8GB:** Minimum for smaller models.
- **12GB–16GB:** Ideal for most use cases.
- **20GB+:** Future-proofing and large models.

---

### **3. Choose a GPU Brand and Series**
**NVIDIA GPUs** are the gold standard for AI workloads because of:
- **CUDA cores** and **Tensor cores.**
- Broad support in AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Stable Diffusion.

#### Recommendations by Budget:
- **Budget:** GTX 1660 Super (6GB), RTX 2060 (6GB)
- **Mid-Range:** RTX 3060 (12GB), RTX 4060 (8GB)
- **High-End:** RTX 3080 (10GB), RTX 4080 (16GB), or RTX 4090 (24GB)

AMD GPUs are cheaper but lack broad AI support. Stick to NVIDIA if possible.

---

### **4. Check Power and Case Compatibility**
- **Power Supply (PSU):**
- Check the **wattage requirements** (e.g., RTX 4090 = 850W+).
- Ensure your PSU has the necessary connectors (e.g., 8-pin or 16-pin).
- **Physical Size:**
- Measure your case dimensions to ensure the GPU fits.

---

### **5. Avoid Bottlenecks**
Pair your GPU with a decent CPU and at least **16GB RAM** (32GB recommended). Slow CPUs can bottleneck performance.

Bro I happened to stumble upon this thread by accident. I don't have much experience with stable diffusion except for installing easydiffusion once before. How can I make images like this with this girl. I have low VRAM but I've generated a few images before.
>>
>>103279962
oh fair enough i thought you needed some non-consumer grade gpu. i can get the 4090
>>
>>103280005
I suggest you to wait for the 5090 though, this one will have 32gb of vram, perfect to run flux at bf16 + adding loras and other shit on top of it
>>

Use my comfyUI links. They've every setting, prompt included

I don't know how easydiffusion works, but you can try downloading the flux safetensor checkpoint and try that out.

If you don't have ComfyUI, you can still open the image in any img editor with metadata reader and grab the settings from there.

I'll be sharing the NSFW pics via the email you informed shortly. Be warned that some are gory
