Yes it will, Anon.I was using my beloved Sony TV, with built-in Android, for as long as I could.I would do everything right on the TV, with the standard remote.Kodi, PLEX, SmartTube, even Netflix and HBO.Slowly the TV became more and more useless. Don't get me wrong, it was always kinda shitty, but I made do with it, because I loved the TV for what it was.When it became too much to bear, I would look into ways to optimize the TV. Disabling stuff, turning down resolution.I installed so much shit, and uninstalled an equal amount of shit.Eventually I started tinkering with the Android OS through terminal, just to squeeze out a bit more usability.I was down to running 1 app at a time, and if I wanted to switch to another app, I was prepared to wait for 5 minutes to do so. 4K content was completely out of the picture. Nothing would work.Then I finally gave in, and bought myself a FireStick 4K.My life has changed completely since then. It's really like I got myself a brand new TV.You can listen to the different Anons, arguing for this or that, but if you just want something that works, for a cheap price, you can't go wrong with the FireStick.Sideloading is super easy, and the remote is a joy to hold. I'm now a very satisfied Anon.
